COVID-19 Update

Following the latest advice from the UK Government regarding the measures that we should all be taking in order to reduce the transmission of coronavirus COVID-19 ALL attractions included with The Explorer Pass have taken the decision to close until further notice.

These closures combined with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office advice against all non-essential travel and increasing international border restrictions mean that we would not recommend travelling to Shakespeare’s England in the coming weeks.

What are my options if I have already purchased an Explorer Pass?

Explorer Passes already purchased are valid up until 31st March 2021. If you are considering postponing your trip to Shakespeare’s England until later in the year then you do not need to do anything at this point.

If, however, you would like to cancel your passes we will issue you with a full refund. Please email us at sales@openpass.co.uk with your name and pass numbers and we will process this for you.
