  • The Explorer Pass is available for either a 1, 2 or 3 day duration, for both adults and children (child pass 5 – 16). Children under 5 are free to enter all attractions. 
  • Your Explorer Pass is programmed to be activated the first time it is used at an attraction.
  • Passes are valid as follows: 
    One day passes are valid for one calendar day during daylight opening hours, not 24 hours. The pass will expire at midnight on the last day of its duration. 
    Two day passes are valid for two consecutive days, and three day passes are valid for 3 consecutive days. 
    Validity is limited to 1 year (365 days) from purchase. Simply show your pass at the admission desk or payment point for each attraction to gain free entry.
  • Passes permit one visit per attraction and do not permit same day re-entry.
  • Passes are not fast track passes.
  • Passes are non-transferable.
  • Explorer Pass strongly recommend you check opening times before visiting attractions, particularly in winter months when opening hours are reduced.
  • Explorer Pass does not take responsibility for any attraction closures.
  • We do not offer a discount for Group purchase of passes as city centre attractions do not accept groups of 8 or more with Explorer Passes.
  • Child passes are suitable for children aged 5 – 16 yrs inclusive.
    Please note some attractions are free entry to children under 16 yrs and we recommend you check individual attraction entry prices on the attraction pages.
  • Yes,­­­ you can buy a pass as a gift, passes are not named. If the gifted passes are to be collected at one of our pickup points, please ensure the recipient has a copy of the purchase email as proof of purchase.
  • Simply put the code in the box on the Buy Now page and the discount will be applied automatically.
  • The Explorer Pass does not include any transport.
  • Your digital passes will be sent to your email address, these can be used for entry to all attractions featured in The Explorer Pass.
  • If you have selected to receive a physical pass purchased online, your Explorer Pass will be delivered to the address requested.
    Please allow 5 days for orders delivered in the UK or 10 days for overseas deliveries.
    Alternatively, passes can be collected at the Visitor Information Centre at Stratford-upon-Avon, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa and Warwick.
  • The Explorer Passes are posted Second Class Mon – Fri. Passes ordered over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday afternoon the following week.

  • A few attractions in Warwickshire close during the winter months. We advise you check the individual attraction websites for opening times throughout the winter months and the Christmas period.
