Choose your pass duration and purchase your pass. Check your inbox for the link to your digital pass and booking app. Activate your pass for the date you would like to use it.
Check if any of the attractions that you plan to visit require you to pre-book and book your slots following the instructions in the booking app included with your pass.
Then you are ready to start exploring Warwickshire! Simply present your pass QR code at the admission desk or payment point for each attraction to gain free entry.
You can begin using your Explorer Pass as soon as you have purchased and activated it. Until activated, passes are valid for one year from the purchase date.
To access your pass, follow the link in the sales email you receive. Here you will be able to select the date that you would like to start using your pass and activate it. You will need to activate your pass before you can use it. Once your Explorer Pass is activated it is valid for consecutive days (not 24-hour periods) from the date you select.
To gain free admission, simply show your pass QR code at the admission desk or payment point for each attraction. The Explorer Pass permits one visit per attraction.Â
Most of the attractions will allow you to walk in on the day, but some need to be booked in advance. Make sure you check our booking app before travelling to see which attractions require pre-booking and for instructions on how to book.
The Explorer Pass by Shakespeare’s England comes with access to our live booking app to enable you to easily pre-book your attractions where required.
To access the app follow the link provided in your sales email. Here you will be able to view your pass QR code, activate your pass and see which attractions require pre-booking.
In the app you will find all the attractions included with the pass grouped by booking requirements:
DOWNLOAD TICKETS IN APP
Choose your date and time slots in the app to book your visit. The tickets are downloaded to ‘My Wallet’ within the app. Present the tickets generated when you arrive at the attraction.
PRE-BOOK THROUGH ATTRACTION WEBSITE
Follow the instructions provided on how to book your visit via the attraction’s website.
CALL OR EMAIL TO PRE-BOOK
Follow the instructions provided on how to book your visit by calling or emailing the attraction.
PRESENT QR ON ARRIVAL
For these attractions no booking is required – simply present your pass QR code when you arrive at the attraction.
